Annual Rent & Service Charge Statement
You should have received your annual rent notification letter from us.
We know that many residents will have been affected by the cost-of-living crisis and some residents may be worried about this letter. If you have any concerns about your ability to pay your rent or household bills, we may be able to help provide support or signpost you to organisations who can help.
For residents who pay a service charge, you will notice some changes to your statement this year.
The main change is the over or under recovery for the year 1st April 2022 to 31 March 2023. This has been explained in the letter, however as it is new, we know that residents may have queries.
